Q. Why isn't the exchange feature working?
Please confirm that your exchange meets the following conditions:
・You must own a duplicate of the item you wish to exchange. (You may not exchange an item you only have one of.)
・An item must be in your Wish list in order to receive it in an exchange.
・The item you wish to exchange must not be locked.
・If you have more than one item that you want to exchange, those items you wish the trade should not be in use.
* Example: If you have three interior items that you plan to exchange but all of them are currently being displayed in your room.
→Please return all [3] items to your inventory to ensure they are not currently being used.
Q. The item is locked.
A."Social" → "Exchange Items" → "Desired items" (Middle Tab) → Tap the lock icon
・When the lock icon changes to red, the lock is complete, and the item will be closed to the public for exchange and Smile Works.
・Tap again to unlock it
Q. What if I can't get the item I want?
A.When you apply for an item exchange, it is possible that the item you want has not been added to your Wish List.
Locate items you want in the first tab of the Exchange items page and add items to your Wish List by tapping the heart in the upper right corner of the item's icon.
Q. What do I do if an error appears is displayed on the screen?
A. There is a possibility that an error may have occurred temporarily due to complications with the application.
If it does not resolve automatically within 24 hours, please contact the support team using the in-app inquiry form.
Q. What do I do if Items that have not been received are displayed?
A. Please use the in-app inquiry form to contact the support team.
