About Transfer Codes
A transfer code is issued as part of the procedure for changing devices.
Therefore, we do not issue transfer codes that exceed certain standards regardless of individual reasons.
About Security
In principle, through this application, we have verified you according to the information registered on your device. [the device logged into the account you wish to recover] and [the device that you are inquiring about].
Before switching devices (48 hours), please contact the [Inquiry Form] in the app on the device that was logged in to the desired recovery account.
How to Use Your Transfer Code
Please complete the following steps on your new device.
1. "Hello Kitty Dream Village" Start Screen → Tap [Help].
2. Select [Data Transfer] from the inquiry category.
3. Fill in your My Code and Transfer Code and tap [Recover].
Please note
• The expiration time of the transfer code is 48 hours.
• Reissuance is required when expired.
• Account transfers to third parties (including family and friends) are prohibited in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
• If you have linked your account with a FaceBook/Game Center/Apple ID/Google account, please disconnect and transfer.
• If linked to FaceBook, it is possible to link data without issuing a transfer code with an account transfer between iOS and Android (coin transfers are not possible).
・Strawberry Coins cannot be retained when switching between iOS and Android operating systems.
