Q. How is the accumulated amount converted to Strawberry♡Points?
A, The amount of SP Strawberry that a resident currently possesses is not affected. However, depending on the accumulated amount of spending so far, the amount of Strawberry♡Points will be given proportionally.
The conditions to acquire SP Strawberry and upgrade to/maintain Premium♡Strawberry have changed as well:
1. 1 SP Strawberry for 30,000pts.
2. Upgrade to/maintain Premium♡Strawberry for 200,000pts.
📖For Example (please note that cases are different for each resident):
Case 1)
If resident A's current Strawberry bar is at 50%, the amount will be converted to 15,000pts.
Case 2)
If resident B who has spent $530 so far, it is converted to 52,000pts, which is 26% of 200,000pts. Therefore, in order to upgrade to/maintain Premium♡Strawberry membership, the resident has to accumulate additional 148,000pts, reaching a total of 200,000pts.
💡Points will be given proportionally depending on the previous amount of spending up until 2025 03/31
💡The new point system will still reward the benefits of the same value.
Q, What is the Strawberry♡Club like?
A, This service was launched in November 2019 so that you can expand your range of activities in Smile Town with the purchase of paid coins and Happy Bags.
Players are ranked depending on the total amount of points from purchases made per month starting from the 1st of the month until the end of the month.
Each rank has rewards that you can receive.
[SR Gacha Ticket] and Strawberry♡ Club only items are also available as cumulative benefits. Check the following for more information.
Q. What is Strawberry♡Points?
A, Strawberry♡Points is a system of converting the amount of spending in points that can be earned through purchasing certain items in the app or web store.
Depending on the accumulated points, a resident's status in Strawberry♡Club is decided.
Every item in the app has points that are accumulated once purchased. Please refer to "Strawberry♡Points" section in the app for details.

A, The Strawberry Bar at the bottom of the [Strawberry♡Club] screen will increase according to purchases of paid coins and Happy Bags.
Unlike rankings, which are reset every month, the Strawberry Bar and the number of SP Strawberries do not get reset.
When the Strawberry Bar is full, you can get 1 SP Strawberry.
In order to get one SP Strawberry, 30,000pts are required.
In addition, you can get 1 SR 100% Gacha Ticket (14 day expiration) along with the acquisition of SP Strawberries.
If you collect SP strawberries, you will receive Strawberry♡Club limited items.

Q, What is [Auto Mode]?
A, [Auto Mode] is a special feature available once your monthly Strawberry Rank reaches "Strawberry Parfait".
When [Auto Mode] is enabled, it will automatically perform Auto Watering and Auto Harvest.
※You can enable both Auto Watering and Auto Harvest together, or set them respectively on separate occasions.
During certain event periods, using [Auto Mode] will not be interrupted when you collect event materials.
When you turn off [Auto Mode], you can check the number of event materials discovered while the mode was active.
Q, How do I use [Auto Mode]?
A,You can use [Auto Mode] in the following menus:
[Go Out] > [Walk], [Water], or [Following].
The mechanism is same as before, but during certain event periods, additional features become available.
＜How to Initiate [Auto Mode] (Common Cases)＞
1. Check the [Auto Mode] Button
・Once you reach Strawberry Parfait, the button will always appear on the right side of the screen.
You can select your preferred list from [Walk] / [Water] / [Following] to start the Auto Mode.
・Upon visiting other residents’ rooms via notifications, posts, or party invitations - [Invite], the button will also appear, and tapping it will initiate [Walk] using [Auto Mode].
2. Select Mode and Start
・ Tap the [Auto Mode] button to open the popup window.
・ Choose your preferred mode - Auto Watering, Auto Harvest or Auto Mode (watering and harvesting) - and tap [OK] to initiate it.
3. Conditions for Auto Mode to End
・ Auto Mode will automatically end when your energy runs out.
＜Additional Feature During Certain Events＞
・ During certain event periods, an additional feature will be available for collecting event materials.
・ In the [Auto Mode] popup, you will find [Auto Mode Settings When Collecting Event Materials].
＜Notes＞
・ The [Auto Mode] button is also available when visiting rooms via notifications, posts, or party invitations - [Invite].
・ If you don’t have enough energy, Auto Mode will be disabled, so make sure to check beforehand.

A, This is a special item that is available as a special bonus for this month only.
[Recommended Items] will be updated every month, so you can receive different items depending on the month.
Details of this month's recommended items are distributed monthly on the notification [Strawberry♡Club NEWS] in the app.
Notifications can be found at the bottom right of the screen [Menu] → [Notice] for more information.
Once you've reached the Strawberry Cake level, every time you accumulate an additional 100,000pts during the month, you will get the same item as a bonus.
