We offer a tool called [Timeline] in order to communicate with other players within [Hello Sweet Days].

Timeline is used by everyone anonymously. If you use language that makes others uncomfortable when posting or commenting, it can easily cause misunderstandings and lead to communication problems.

When your child interacts with other players, we ask that you give them guidance so that they can use appropriate language.

Regarding Personal and Account Information
__________2017-06-13_17.15.57.png

Since it as an environment where many anonymous players are present, personal information posted to the timeline may lead to abuse of information, if disclosed.
In order to make this app a fun and safe environment, please do not post any personal information for others to see.
(Includes all personal identification and privacy information)

 For example:
 ■ Address, name, Date of birth, phone number, email address
 ■ ID, password, and login information of the call/email application
 ■ School name, company name, affiliated organization name
 ■ Credit card number, Financial information
 etc.

If personal information like the ones mentioned above is disclosed, there is a risk that your personal information will be abused by a third party and be used for unintended purposes.

In addition, there have been cases where sharing personal information such as mobile phone numbers, communication app service IDs, email addresses, and etc., has led to troubles when individuals were contacted outside of the app by someone with malicious intentions.

There are people who use the application with their schoolmates and friends, however there is a possibility that inadvertently posting everyday information could potentially lead to data breach and may be used for unintended purposes in real life.

Based on the above information, we ask parents and guardians with younger children to provide guidance so that children can fully understand how the dissemination of personal information can be harmful.
