☆You can exchange your own item for another player's item.
Register and list the items you want to exchange.
When residents meet and it is found that one resident has an item the other one is looking for,
You can request an exchange.
1．Make a wish list
[Social] → [Exchange Items]
From [Select Desired Items], please look at the items list and select the items you want.
・[7 Happy Bags Plus] Extra items and items that can be worn with dress codes will be displayed in [Event ITEM].
・Items that you can receive as rewards for [Heart Quest] will be displayed in [Other Items].
* Items will be exchanged every 2 weeks (14 days after the release date of [Happy Bag]
* Event items can be replaced every 2 weeks (14 days after the start date of the event).
Example 1) If the Happy Bag release or event starts at 12:00 on January 1st,
You can add it to your wish list at 12:00 on January 15th.
Example 2) If the Happy Bag release or event starts at 12:00 on January 1st,
It will appear on the list of things worn on January 15th at 12:00.
Items less than 2 weeks old will not be listed in the items list.
Please wait until they become replaceable.
Tap the ♡ mark on the upper right to register what you want.
You can register up to 50 desired items.
You can view the registered items in the list from [Desired Items].
2. After registering the items you want,
Try going for a walk or a party.
While going out for a walk, or attending a party,
If you find someone who meets the exchange conditions, a snowball will appear above your head.
Tap it to apply for a replacement.
3. Choose the item you want to exchange
Choose the item you want to exchange from your [Desired Items] and your partner.
★One of the possible replaceable items will be exchanged.
* During the application for exchange of [self], we will temporarily keep one of the items you wish to exchange.
When you see 'Possessions' during the exchange application, the number of items that have more than two of will be reduced by one compared to before the exchange request.
* Even if you own more than one of a given item, the other person will not be shown that the item is replaceable while you are using it in an interior or in an outfit, so please return it to [Possessions] and use the replacement function.
４. Successful exchange ☆ Receive the item!
You will be notified when the exchange is completed.
Tap on the notification to confirm the replacement.
[Exchange] →You can also check from the Exchange List → From the Self list.
You can receive the item if approved within 24 hours of submitting the application. Tap the 'Receive with *** coins' button to receive the item.
※Strawberry coins are required for handling fees when you receive them.
Once the replacement item has been received, it will be recorded in the Replacement List → History.
* The exchange is considered to be based on your request at the time of application, so it cannot be canceled in any case after the exchange is completed.
* Please be sure to check the application details and item name before exchanging.
* Please refrain from continuously tapping the screen within in a short period of time as it may cause unintended actions.
* If the exchange is not completed within 24 hours of the application, the application will be automatically deleted from the exchange list. Only the contents of the application of an exchange that has been completed will remain in the [History], and if the exchange has not been completed, it will not remain in the [History].
５.Exchange request from the other party
You will be notified when the other party requests an exchange.
Tap on the notification to see the details of your request.
If you approve the other party's request via the Exchange button, you will receive the item.
* Strawberry coins are required for handling fees when you receive them.
* Please refrain from continuously tapping the screen with in a short period of time as it may cause unintended actions.
* Please note that once you approve the exchange, you cannot cancel it in any case (when you approve it, you agree to your Bestie's application).
If you would like to decline, please press the 'Decline' button.
You will not receive a notice of refusal.
６. Replacement List
In Profile → Exchange List From , you can view the replacement list.
[My Requested Items] List of requested items you would like to receive from other players
[Their Requested Items] A list of exchange requests from the other player.
[History] A list of past exchanges
