In town, you may meet characters.
When you talk to a character with a "!",
You will receive a "heart" that can be exchanged for special items.
Even if there are no characters in town
You may be able to help your character at one of the facilities below.
* At the Rainbow Post Office, we can only help you when there is a Wish Me Mell with an ‘!’
If you help, you will receive [materials] that can be used during Heart Quests.
[Cookies] are required to help.
[Cookies] will replenish after a certain period of time, but you can speed it up by watering your neighbors’ plants.
◆ About the Rainbow Post Office
The Rainbow Post Office is where Wish Me Mell works.
In addition to Heart Quests, in rare cases, you can receive a [letter] sent to you from a Sanrio character ♪
If you see Wish Me Mell with a ‘!’, Be sure to go to the Rainbow Post Office!
You can always re-read the letter you received from a character in the town memo.
Try to collect all the letters sent to you from dozens of Sanrio characters ♪
◆ About [Heart Shop]
This is a place where you can gain special items in exchange for [hearts].
Items change every Monday at 10 o'clock, so be sure to check it out by going to the bottom menu [Shop] → [Heart Shop] ♪
* Since products in the Heart Shop arrive at random, multiples of the same item may arrive in succession.
