Email Confirmation Receipts and Purchase History (for iOS)

If you encounter a charge error when making a purchase [Strawberry Coin], please provide your purchase information for further investigation.

If you have any questions, please send us a screenshot of one of the above documents, which will be charged or refunded, according to the given information.

*Please note that we cannot investigate information other than receipts. This includes purchase history managed and issued by Apple (mobile payment carrier/credit card payment receipt email).

After purchasing [Strawberry Coin], the confirmation email receipts will be sent to the email address you have registered as your Apple ID. Please take a screenshot of your order number, document number, date, purchase details, and amount(★) Make sure all of the information is visible on the screen.

* The date in the receipt email is [Receipt Issue Date], not [Item Purchase Date].
* Confirmation Email Receipts may be delayed by up to 20 days, and payment details for different purchase dates may be issued in a single receipt.

▼How to check using an iPhone/iPad/iPod touch

  1. Open [Settings] of your device and tap on [Username] at the top.
  2. Select iTunes and App Store from the menu and tap Apple ID at the top.
  3. Select [View Apple ID] when the pop-up appears.
  4. Select [Purchase History] from the menu
  5. Tap [>] on the right side of the total invoice amount to display the required information

How to check using the PC iTunes Store

  1. Open [iTunes]
  2. Tap the top of the computer screen or the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, select [Accounts] → [View My Account]
  3. Sign in using your Apple ID you used to purchase [Strawberry Coin] and select [View Account]
  4. Scroll down on the Account Information page to view your [Purchase History]
  5. Select [View All] to the right of [Latest Purchase]
  6. Click on [Order Number] to the right of the order date to display the required information (★)

Please take a screenshot of your order number, document number, date, purchase details, and amount(★) Make sure all of the information is visible on the screen.

 

* The date displayed in Purchase History is [Receipt Issuance Date], not [Item Purchase Date].
* Payment has not been completed for any purchase history that is on [Hold] status.

If the necessary information (★) is confirmed, we do not need your personal information (name or email address), so there is not an issue if you to chose edit the screenshot so that it is not visible.

▼How to attach a photo to an email being created using the Mail app on an iOS device

  1. Open the email text box in order to reply to support emails.
  2. Tap (hold down) the text of the email text box with your finger for a moment.
  3. Tap [>] at the far right of the black pop-up menu.
  4. Tap [Insert Photo or Video] in the pop-up menu
  5. The [Photos] app will open, so select the image you want to attach to the email from within the [Photos]app.
