[Hello Kitty Dream Village] provides account registration in conjunction with external services.
In case of unexpected incidents, such as [Your account data has disappeared due to a malfunction with your device], please try the following:
Linking your account to your Facebook account
▼ How to link (Facebook)
- Tap [Login with FaceBook] from [Menu] > [Settings] > [Customer Support] > [Account Connection Settings]
- Tap [Allow] on the FaceBook screen.
- When [Login with FaceBook] changes to [Unlink FaceBook] on the Hello Kitty Dream Village screen, the link is complete.

1. Log into Facebook.
2. Find "Menu" → "Settings & privacy" → "Settings."
3. Scroll down the list and find "Apps and websites." (You can also type and search for it in "Settings.")
4. Scroll down the list, find "Hello Kitty Dream Village," and tap.
5. Tap "Remove."
6. Read the pop-up and tap "Remove."
7. If "Hello Kitty Dream Village" disappears from the list, then you are successfully disconnected from Facebook.

1. Log into Facebook.
2. Find "Menu" → "Settings & privacy" → "Settings."

4. Scroll down the list, find "Hello Kitty Dream Village," and tap.
5. Tap "Remove."
6. Read the pop-up and tap "Remove."
7. If "Hello Kitty Dream Village" disappears from the list, then you are successfully disconnected from Facebook.

1. Log into Facebook.
2. Select your Profile Picture thumbnail at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Click "Settings & Privacy" → "Settings" → "Apps and Websites."
4. Find "Hello Kitty Dream Village" in the list.
5. Click "Remove" next to "Hello Kitty Dream Village"
6. Read the pop-up and click "Remove."
Linking your account to your Game Center or Apple account
▼ How to link (Game Center)
- Go to [Settings] > [Game Center] on the device with your Apple ID and turn on the link.
- Launch Hello Kitty Dream Village
- When [Sign In:○○] is displayed at the top of the title screen, the account link is complete.
▼ How to link (Apple ID)
- Tap [Sign in with Apple] from [Menu] > [Settings] > [Customer Support] > [Account Connection Settings]
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Tap [Sign in with Apple] and click [✓] to complete the link.

Tap App> Stop using your Apple ID while using the Hello Kitty Dream Village App
Linking your account to your Google account

Open the app and tap [Select Account] > [Google Account] > Connection complete

Tap [Google] > Account Services > Connected App > when Hello Kitty Dream Village appears, the connection is complete.

1. On your device, go to "Settings."
2. Scroll down the list and find "Google"
3. Tap "Settings for Google Apps" → "Connected Apps."
4. Under "Google Account Sign-in Prompts," find "Hello Kitty Dream Village."
5. Tap "Hello Kitty Dream Village" → "Remove Access" → Read the pop-up and tap "OK."
6. If "Hello Kitty Dream Village" disappears from the "Google Account Sign-in Prompts" list, it means that your account disconnection is complete.

・You can use Hello Kitty Dream Village even if you are not signed in to your linked account.
・If you are considering changing your phone, please make sure to link your account in advance.
・If you forget your ID/password, please contact FaceBook, Apple, or Google.
