If you are unable to update...


When you start the app, you will be prompted to 'update'. If you cannot update the app version even after going to the App Store/GooglePlay store, please close [Hello Sweet Days] and try the following actions.

*Depending on the usage status, it may take some time for the latest version of the released application to be displayed in the store.

1. Unable to update (latest version does not appear in store)

[Customers using iOS13 or later]

① Open the App Store and tap [Today] located at the bottom of the screen.
② Tap the profile icon at the top of the screen
⇒ Please check if Hello Sweet Days is available on the updated applications list.

[Customers using iOS 11.12]

▼ Method (1)
・Start the App Store app and then tap the [Update] icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
 ⇒Please check if Hello Sweet Days is available on the updated application list.

▼ Method (2)
・Open the [Update] and refresh by pulling down the screen and releasing it. Confirm that the screen has refreshed (reloaded).
⇒Please check if Hello Sweet Days is available on the updated application list.


2. If you have the latest version but it does not start.
- There may be a server delay on Apple's side.
- The update page may show that it is the latest version, but it may still be the previous version.

[Customers using iOS 11 or earlier]

1. Unable to update (latest version does not appear in store)

・Open the App Store and tap the [Update] icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
⇒Please check if Hello Sweet Days is available on the updated application list.

▼ Method (2)
・Open the [Updates] screen then tap the [Updates] icon located at the bottom right of your screen 10 times in a row, and confirm that the screen has updated (reloaded).
⇒Please check that Hello Sweet Days is available on the updated application list.

2. If you have the latest version but it does not start.
- There may be a server delay on Apple's side.
- The update page may show that it is the latest version, but it may be an older version.

[Customers using Android]

1. Unable to update (latest version does not appear in store)
After opening [GooglePlay Store], please search [Hello Sweet Days] and if there is any update information, tap [Update] to update the app to its latest version.

2. If you have the latest version but it does not start.
- There may be a server delay on the part of Google.
- The update page may show that it is the latest version, but it may be an older version.

* For Android, all customers may not receive updates at the same time.

■Removing (uninstalling) or re-downloading the application is unnecessary for updates.
■Please note that if you delete the application without linking your account to LINE/Game Center (iOS), Apple ID/Google Account (Android), you will not be able to log in.
