Q,What are the Buyer Shop, Select Shop, and My Shop?
A,This is a feature where certain users can purchase items in bulk like a real store owner. Then, those users can use the Select Shop to put those items up for sale in their very own My Shop!
In the Select Shop, any user can browse and purchase the items that other users have put up for sale.

【Buyer Shop】：
In the Buyer Shop, you can directly purchase any items that you like.
Then, in the Select Shop, you can put those items up for sale at your 【My Shop】.
Please note that items purchased from the Select Shop will be sent to your [Shop Inventory] in your 【My Shop】.
*This feature is only available to users ranked Strawberry Macaron and above.
*Different categories of items are available at different times in the Buyer Shop.
*The number of items available to purchase in the Buyer Shop will change each time.
*The items you purchase from the Buyer Shop will be placed into your 【My Shop】's [Shop Inventory].
【My Shop】：
In your My Shop, you can:
▸ List your Buyer Shop items up for sale
▸ Remove your sale listings
▸ Check your Sales History

You can only view your Sales History from the current Select Shop.
* It is not possible to check your Sales History from previous Select Shops.
* Only users ranked Strawberry Macaron and above can access the【My Shop】section of the Select Shop.
*You can access your My Shop by tapping on the icon on the lower righthand side of the Buyer Shop and Select Shop screens.

You can send items to your inventory from your My Shop by tapping on [Sell Item] → [Gift to Yourself]!
*You may only send one (1) of each item to your inventory using the [Gift to Yourself] feature.
You can use the [Gift to Yourself] feature while the Buyer Shop and Select Shop are open!
You can make your My Shop more appealing by dressing up your avatar in the items you've sent to yourself! ♪
【Select Shop】：
You can browse all of the items being sold in each 【My Shop】 and purchase anything you like.
Items purchased from the Select Shop cannot be resold in your My Shop.
*This feature is available to all users.

Q,How many items can I buy from the Buyer Shop?
A,You must buy at least two copies the first time you buy a design.
The number of different designs you can buy will vary based on your Strawberry♡Club rank.
If you rank up while using the Buyer Shop, the number of designs you can buy will change accordingly. However, this will be counted together with the items you have already bought.
If you rank up while using the Buyer Shop and do not see the "# of designs available by rank" increase, please close out and re-enter the page to update it.
You can check the number of designs you are currently able to buy on the page depicted below:
* The number of designs you can buy will be set according to your Strawberry♡Club rank and the number of designs available in each Buyer Shop event.
If you rank up while using the Buyer Shop, the number of designs you can buy will change accordingly. However, this will be counted together with the items you have already bought.
If you rank up while using the Buyer Shop and do not see the number of buyable designs increase, please close out and re-enter the page to update it.
* Different colors are included in the number of designs you can buy.

Example 1:
you bought Dress A in blue, purple, pink, orange, and black
You will not be able to buy any more designs.
Example 2:
You bought Dress A in purple, pink, and orange.
You will be able to buy Dress B in at most two different colors.
* You are limited to 5 designs total.
* The number of designs you can buy is limited, but the number of times you can buy an item of a single design is unlimited.
Q,Once I buy an item from the Buyer Shop, where does it go?
A,Items purchased from the Buyer Shop are sent to your My Shop [Shop Inventory].
*Note: the items are not sent to your inventory.
* If any of your Buyer Shop items sell out in the Select Shop, they will no longer be visible in your Shop Inventory.
Q,Can I SEND items I've purchased from the Buyer Shop to my inventory?
A,You may only send one (1) of each item from your My Shop to your inventory.
Note: You can send items to your inventory from your My Shop by tapping on [Sell Item] → [Gift to Yourself]!
* Caution: Items that have been moved to your inventory cannot be returned to your My Shop for sale.
Q,Will items from the previous Buyer Shop be released again later?
A,An item that was purchased at least once from the precious Buyer Shop will not be sold again.
However, if an item was not purchased by any user during the Buyer Shop, it will be available to purchase again in the next Buyer Shop.
* Items that users still have in stock in their My Shops from the previous Buyer Shop may be sold again in the next Select Shop at the discretion of the sellers.
Q,How can I check the item sales ranking?
A,You can check by tapping on "Shop list" → "View rank" in the Buyer Shop.

You can sell the items you bought from the Buyer Shop.
You can sell items in the Select shop by putting them up for sale in your My Shop.
◆ When one of your items is sold, you will be charged a commission fee (30% of the listed price), and the remaining coins will arrive in a gift box at your door!
* The commission fee may change based on your usage of the Buyer Shop.

Q,What do the words "Sold Out" and "Request" mean on the Select Shop Screen?
A,Sold Out: The item is out of stock.
Request: The item is in stock, but is not presently for sale.
* The buyer can send a [Sale Request] to the seller.
* It is not possible to make personal direct sales. Items listed for sale are available to all players.
Q,What is the Sakuranboya Shop in the Select Shop?
A,The Sakuranboya Shop is a shop that sells special, limited items.
* None of the items available in the Skuranboya Shop are available to purchase in the Buyer Shop or Select Shop.
* The items in the Sakuranboya Shop are exclusive to each Select Shop event, so they will not be sold again in the future.
Q,Where do items go after I purchase them from the Select Shop?
A,Items purchased from the Select Shop will be sent to your Inventory.
Q,When will items purchased from the Select Shop be available to Gift or Exchange?
A, During the event, it may be different for different items depending on which round they are from.
Gifts: Items willl be available to gift once the Select Shop closes.
* There may be a delay between the closing of the Select Shop and the reflection of your Select Shop items in your list of giftable items.
Exchange: Items will be available in the Exchange feature 2 weeks (14 days) after the day the Buyer Shop opened.
* Re-released items will be available to exchange, but will not be available to gift until the end of the event.
As well, Buyer Shop and Select Shop items must currently be in your Inventory to be available to gift or exchange.
(* Re-released items: Items from the first opening of Buyer Shop that were not sold)
Q,There are items left over in the Select Shop.
A,Items that are not sold before the Select Shop closes will be stored in your My Shop's Shop Inventory and will be available to sell again the next time the Select Shop opens.
You must still be ranked Strawberry Macaron or higher to access your My Shop again the next time the Select Shop opens.
Q. Where can I see the Rank by Popularity?
A,The "Rank by Popularity" menu can be found on the top right corner of the Select Shop screen.
* Shops of residents whose account has been deleted are not displayed on the Rank by Popularity.

Q,Please tell me more about the My Shop commission fee!
A,The base commission fee is 30% of the price you set. However, you can receive discounts based on a "step" process when you purchase from the Buyer Shop during multiple events in a row.
* The step count begins from this current event (August 2022).
(If the September 2022 Buyer Shop event is your first time buying, then you will receive a discount when buying from the next consecutive Buyer Shop event.)
Base commission fee: 30% (either it is your first time using the Buyer Shop, or you did not use the Buyer Shop during the directly preceding event)
Step 1: 27% (you used the Buyer Shop in 2 consecutive events)
Step 2: 24% (you used the Buyer Shop in 3 consecutive events)
Step 3: 21% (you used the Buyer Shop in 4 consecutive events)
Step 4: 18% (you used the Buyer Shop in 5 consecutive events)
Step 5: 15% (you used the Buyer Shop in 6 consecutive events)
If you continue to use the Buyer Shop in consecutive events after Step 5, your commission fee will stay at 15%.
* The discounted commission fee will be applied automatically to qualifying players' My Shops.
* If you do not buy during one Buyer Shop event, then your My Shop commission fee will reset to 30%.
If you list an item for sale before buying from the Buyer Shop, the commission fee discount will be retroactively applied to that item after you make a purchase from the Buyer Shop.
