A, It is a special shop that sells limited-edition Sanrio characters' fashion and interior items. You can select and purchase the items you like.
Q, How do I enter My Character Shop?![]()
A, You can enter by tapping My Character Shop icon on the Town Map or the one displayed in your My Room.
Q, I want to find items by character. How can I do that?![]()
A, You can navigate to a character's specific booth by sliding the character icons at the top of the My Character Shop screen left or right and tapping them. Alternatively, tap the Menu icon on the right side of the screen and select a character from the list.
In the character list, you can sort by [Default], [Newest], or [Oldest] based on their release date in the shop.
※ Characters who have not yet appeared in My Character Shop will not be displayed.
※ A [NEW] mark will be displayed on newly arrived characters or items for 24 hours after they are stocked.
Also, if you want to see items from all characters at once, please tap the [ALL] icon. This will show every item that has appeared in My Character Shop to date.
Q, Can I try on items before purchasing?![]()
A, Yes, you can try on fashion items. Tap the preview icon on an item to view how it looks on your avatar.
Q, What is 'Favorites', and how do I check the list?![]()
A, This is the Favorites feature, which allows you to save items you like. You will receive a notification when a favorited item is running low on stock. Additionally, items you have purchased will be automatically removed from your Favorites list.
※ You must set [Setting > Push notification settings > Content > My Character Shop] to ON.
Tap the Heart icon at the top right of the My Character Shop screen to view your list of favorite items.
※ Only items favorited within My Character Shop will appear in this list.
Q, What is the purchase process?![]()
A, You can purchase items by following these steps:
- Find the item you want in My Character Shop (Fashion items can be previewed).
Tap the Shopping Cart icon on the item to add it to your cart.
Tap the Shopping Cart icon at the bottom right of the screen to check your items.
※ You can scroll up and down to view items in your cart.
※ You can hold up to 30 different types of items in your cart.Check the box for the items you wish to purchase.
※ You can change the quantity using the [+/-] buttons (Max 10 per each item per week).
※ To remove an item, tap the [×] on the right of the item, or select the items and tap [Delete Selection] at the top right.
※ The total cost of Strawberry Coins will be displayed at the bottom.- Review your order and tap [Purchase] at the bottom to complete the transaction.
※ Purchased items are automatically added to your [Inventory].
Q, Can I purchase multiple items at once?![]()
A, Yes, you can add up to 30 types of items to your cart and purchase them all at once.
Q, Are there any purchase limits?![]()
A, To ensure as many residents as possible have the chance to purchase the items, max 10 for each item can be purchased at once.
This limit resets every Thursday at 00:00 JST (Japanese Standard Time). If stock is available, you can purchase more after the reset.
※ If an item is out of stock, you cannot purchase it even after the limit resets.
Q, Why can't I purchase an item?![]()
A, There are three main reasons why this might happen:
- Sold Out: The limited quantity of the item has already ran out.
- Purchase Limit: You have already bought 10 of the same item this week (Resets every Thursday at 00:00 JST).
- Insufficient Coins: You do not have enough Strawberry Coins to make the purchase
Q, I put an item in my cart, but now I can't buy it.![]()
A, Even if an item is in your cart, you cannot purchase it if it sells out before you complete the transaction. We recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible to secure the items you really want.
Q, When are items stocked?![]()
A, Stocking occurs irregularly. Please enjoy the excitement of waiting for new goods to arrive! We recommend checking back often so you don't miss any updates.
Q, I want to be notified of new items for my favorite characters.![]()
A, Please click "Notify Me" button with a bell icon in a character's booth within the shop. We will send you a notification when new items for that character are released.
