Q, What is "Inviting Friends"?
A, You can invite a new friend to Hello Kitty Dream Village. You can enjoy the app together with the friend you invited.
* The one sending out the invitation and the one invited can both receive rewards.
Q, How can I invite a friend?
A, On the menu screen, you’ll find the "Invite your Friends" banner at the top. Tap it to copy the app store download link and an invitation code, then share them with your friend.
* There is no limit to the number of friends you can invite, but the rewards for inviting friends can only be received up to 5 times per account.
Q, I invited a friend, but I did not receive the reward.
A, The invited friend must enter the invitation code and complete the tutorial before the reward can be claimed. Also, if you have already received the reward from inviting friends 5 times, no additional rewards will be granted.
* Rewards are sent to your Gift Box and must be claimed within 7 days.
Q, How can an invited friend sign up?
A, When the invited friend taps the shared invitation link, they will be redirected to the app store to install Hello Kitty Dream Village and create an account.
Q, By when does an invited friend have to enter the invitation code?
A, If the invited friend has received the invitation code, they must enter it within 3 days (72 hours) through one of the following:
1. On the Start Screen
2. The icon on the left in My Room
3. Menu → Setting
Q, I entered the invitation code, but did not receive the reward.
A, The reward will be granted only after you enter the invitation code and complete the tutorial.
You may also complete the tutorial first and then enter the invitation code, as long as both are done within 3 days (72 hours).
* The Invited friend can receive the reward only once.
Q, The friend who invited me is not automatically appearing in my follower list.
A, If the friend who invited you has already reached the maximum number of followers, only the invited person will follow them
Q, I received an invitation, but I cannot enter the invitation code.
A, If you have already entered a code, or if more than 3 days (72 hours) have passed since the account was created, you cannot enter an invitation code anymore.
Q, Can existing residents also enter an invitation code and receive rewards?
A, Accounts created in prior to the launch of "Invite Friends, Get Rewards!" (2025/11/14 12:00PM JST) cannot enter invitation codes.
Q, Can I get invited if I re-register after deleting my account, or if I create a new account on the same device?
A, No, accounts created in either of these cases are not eligible to receive invitations. Only accounts newly created after 2025/11/14 12:00PM JST can receive invitations.
