A, In Smile Town, Friendship indicates the time spent and interaction with a character. As a resident progresses through Friendship, the character’s greetings change, and special gifts or features are unlocked

Q, What is today’s Friendship Level?
A, Today's Friendship Level indicates how much progress you have made toward the daily maximum. Once today’s Friendship level gauge reaches 100%, you cannot earn more for the day.
Q, How can I increase Friendship Level?
A, Most activities with a character, including talking or completing requests, increase Friendship level. Additionally, interacting with other residents can increase that resident’s Buddy character’s Friendship Level. Interact with everyone in Smile Town to raise your character’s Friendship Level.
Q, Why can’t I increase Friendship Level anymore?
A, Each character has a daily limit for Friendship Level. If today’s Friendship Level gauge is at 100%, wait until the next day and interact again.

Q, Why did my Friendship Level decrease?
A, If you haven’t interacted with a character for more than 72 hours, Friendship Points will decrease continuously. Interact again to restore them.
※ Friendship does not regress.
Q, My Friendship progressed, but I didn’t get quest rewards doubled.
A, Upon reaching a certain Friendship with a character, their Heart Quest rewards double by certain probabilities depending on the types of Friendship.
※ On Smile Day (5x hearts), it does not overlap.
Q, What happens when Friendship of a resident and a character reaches to "Forever Friend" (MAX)
A, When a resident and a character becomes "Forever Friends" (and when they are set as your Buddy), they will always stay in your My Room. Friendship Level remains at maximum, and they will bring a special gift once a month.
