Q, What is Guide Quest?
A, It is a set of quests that a resident can undertake through their Buddy in My Room. There are multiple stages, and rewards are given upon completing each stage
※ Cannot proceed if the Buddy is not present in My Room
※After the account has been created, each step is unlocked per day.
If you complete the step unlocked for the current day, the next step will become available the following day.
However, if the number of days passed since the account was created equals or exceeds the total number of steps, you can complete all remaining steps at once.

Q, Why was my Buddy automatically chosen?
A, For existing or returning residents, a Sanrio character in the app is automatically set as their Buddy whom they have chosen upon their account creation.
Q, How do I change my Buddy?
A, Only characters with a title "Budding Bond" (1 heart) or above can be set as Buddy. To change to another character, first interact with them until your relationship reaches "Budding Bond" or above. A resident can change their Buddy not only from their profile but also from "Friends" list at Smile Town.
Q, Why is my Buddy not in my room?
A, A Buddy will stay in My Room for a certain period. After the period ends or after completing Guide Quest within that period, they will leave the room.
※ When a resident's Buddy reaches "Forever Friend", they will remain in My Room permanently
