Q, What is Gallery?
A, Gallery is a space where you can store and manage the photos you’ve created, and also share them with other residents.
You can save your customized backgrounds in your gallery or upload them to Public Gallery for others to view.
Q, What’s the difference between Public Gallery and My Gallery?
A, My Gallery is your private space where only you can manage all the photos that you have taken.
On the other hand, if you upload a photo to Public Gallery, other residents can view, like, and download it.
※You can change the visibility setting (private or public) anytime from your gallery.
Photos stored in the gallery have no expiration date—you can access them anytime.
Q, When and how are photos saved?
A, After creating a photo, you must tap “Upload to Community Board” for it to be saved in “My Gallery.”
If you choose “Upload to Public Gallery,” the photo will be displayed publicly in the Public Gallery, where other residents can view and download it.
If uploaded to other boards, the photo will be for viewing purposes only and saved in “My Gallery” as private.
Please note: photos that are saved directly to your device (phone/tablet) cannot be re-uploaded to Public/My Gallery.
Q, Where can I find the photos I saved?
A, Saved photos can be found in the [Photos/Albums] on your device.
※Save location may vary depending on your device or OS.
※Photos that are uploaded to the community (Boards/Public Gallery) can be viewed in [Gallery] in the menu.
Q, Can I take photos without starting a party?
A, Yes! With the newly updated camera, you can take photos anytime, anywhere—no party is needed—whether you’re in your room or in your friend’s room, etc.
Q, Can I freely change the background in my friend’s room?
A, No. You cannot change the interior or background color in your friend’s room.
However, you can still take photos, move yourself and characters around within the frame and change poses.
Q, Is horizontal mode supported?
A, No. The newly updated camera only supports vertical mode. Horizontal mode has been removed.
Q, Do I need to have a background to take a photo?
A, Yes. You must have a background (Room / Color / Field) in the frame before saving or uploading your photo.
Q, Can I share my images with other residents?
A, Yes. You can upload your photo to Public Gallery through "Upload to Community Board"or share it via SNS.
Q, Can everyone see the photos I upload to Gallery?
A, You can choose whether you'd like the photos to be public or private. The status can be changed anytime.
If set to public, a photo will appear in Public Gallery where other residents can view, like and download it.
Q, Can I freely use photos that include Sanrio characters?
A, All images will automatically have Sanrio copyright and the app's logo in them.
They are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

Q, Can other residents take photos in my room?
A, Other residents may take photos when visiting your room, but they may not change your interior or background settings.
Q, How do I move characters or myself around?
A, In the editing screen, you can move/hide/show both yourself and characters. For characters, you can pick certain poses
for them.
※ Please Note:
When "Interior" is set to OFF, if you place your avatar or a character to a spot where interior items were supposed to be, they may also become invisible.
Moving them to a different position will make them visible again.
Q, Can I edit the photos again?
A, Yes. After taking a photo, you can continue editing in the preview screen or go back to retake the photo if needed.
Q, Where can I find the photos I’ve taken?
A, After saving, you can find them anytime in My Gallery.
If uploaded to Public Gallery, other residents can also see them.
Q, Can I delete photos I’ve uploaded to the gallery?
A, Currently, there is no "delete" function, but you can change the visibility setting - private or public.
