▼ How to Delete your Account
- Launch the Hello Sweet Days application → Select “Menu” → “Setting” → “Customer support” → “Delete Account.”
- After reviewing all of the provided information, tap “Delete Account.”
* Please carefully check the Terms and Conditions for Account Deletion before selecting “Delete Account.”
* Your account cannot be deleted while you are hosting a party. Please proceed with Account Deletion after your party is finished.
Notes and Precautions
◆ Upon deletion of your account, your avatar, My Room, community posts, and other in-app resources will all be deleted.
◆ All currency (Strawberry Coins) and item information will be permanently deleted; it will not be possible to restore that data.
◆ The following information posted or shared by the deleted user will still be visible to others, but will be marked as a “Deleted Account.”

* Please note that if a user has deleted their account after applying for an exchange, it will not be possible to complete that exchange.
* Please note that once an account has been deleted, account restoration and/or transferring of items will not be possible under any circumstances.
