A, At Tuxedosam’s Shop, you can recycle items that you don’t use through the <Recycle Shop>, or give them away for free to other residents through the <Freecycle Shop>!

Q, What is Recycle Shop?
A,At Recycle Shop, you can turn in items that you don’t really use to receive awesome reward items! If you select multiple items, your Probability Up Level increases. There are 3 Probability Up Levels, and you can begin recycling only when you have completed the requirements for each Level.
* To clear a Level, you need to collect 10 items, and you can select up to 30 items to receive 1 reward item.
※Recycle can only be used once per day.
* The daily number of times that you can recycle items renews itself every day at 4:00 JST. Unused chances to recycle gets lost as well.
Q. What kind of items can I recycle?
A. All fashion, interior and set items that you possess are recyclable. You do not need to own duplicates of the items.
Items that can be exchanged: Can be recycled 2 weeks (14 days) after the release date.
Items that cannot be exchanged: Can be recycled right after the release date.
※ Any item that you are currently wearing, default items you received when you opened the account, plushies and certain items are not recyclable.
Q. What kind of reward items can I get?
A. You can acquire 1 reward for each time you complete recycling.
Please note that no additional rewards are granted even when reaching the next level in one recycle.
When recycling, you can select up to 30 items at once, and they can only be recycled once the number of the selected items has reached the requirement for each level.
There are 3 levels of recycling, and the probabilities of getting each reward vary depending on the level achieved.
You can check the reward probabilities for each level in "Rewards".
The list of rewards is updated every Monday at 10:00 AM JST (Japanese Standard Time).
Level 1: 10 items
Level 2: 20 items
Level 3: 30 items
** You can begin recycling ONLY WHEN you have collected 10, 20, or 30 items. Any number in between does not count. **
＜Error Popup Appears and Cannot access Recycle Shop＞
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:
〔Title Screen → Help → Return to Initial Settings〕
* [Title Screen] is the main screen displaying all Sanrio characters when you launch the app.
* Before resetting items, we recommend saving the current layout of your interior and fashion items.
Go to [Inventory]>[Interior] or [Fashion]>Tap the rightmost icon with the ＋mark to save.
* The growth status of flower items will be reset.
* Please rest assured that coins and other owned items will remain unchanged.
Q. What rewards can I receive from Recycle Shop?
A. In Recycle Shop, you can randomly receive various rewards, including:
previous Recycle Shop fashion/interior items, fruits needed for Mysterious Fruit Hunt, materials required for Heart Quests, Strawberry Coins, Hearts, Gacha Tickets, and extra Freecycle Shop chances.
There are 3 levels of recycling, and the probabilities of getting each reward vary depending on the level achieved.
The list of rewards is updated every Monday at 10:00 AM JST (Japanese Standard Time)
◆How to use the 【Recycle Shop】
・In My Room, tap [Town] at the top left → Tap the house with the light blue roof at the top right of the Town → [Tuxedosam’s Shop] → [Recycle Shop] → Tap the [Recycle] button
→
・Select the items that you want to recycle.
* You can also look up the items through Detailed Search.
・Please ensure that the Indicator located underneath the Item Selection box exceeds Level 1.
* There are 3 levels of recycling, and the probabilities of getting each reward vary depending on the level achieved.
・Double-check the items you selected, and the total number of the items. Tap [Yes].
* Anyone can use the Recycle Shop for free!
*Items you used for recycling will disappear from your [Inventory].
If you use up items from a Happy Bag, Petite Collection, or Sweet Collection that you have previously completed, the GET mark on the item thumbnail and the collection will disappear.
(If you are recycling set items, the GET mark does not disappear.)
* If you tap [Usage history] on the Recycle Shop screen, you can view all the reward items you received, and the items that you recycled.
・After you successfully complete recycling, you can see the reward items in your [Inventory]. ♪
* Rewards other than fashion/interior and fruit items are reflected automatically.
For the list of reward items that you can receive, please tap the [Reward items] button at the bottom of the Recycle Shop screen.

Q. What is Freecycle Shop?A. At Freecycle Shop, you can give away items you don’t use, or receive items that other residents have donated, all for the cost of 0 Strawberry Coins! There is no limit to how many items you can offer in Freecycle Shop, but you can only receive free items up to your remaining chances
You can obtain up to 30 chances through daily logins, up to another 30 through quests, and additional chances from Recycle Shop.
If you give away items, other residents can leave you reviews, and your [Sweetness] will also increase.
Items that you don’t really use can be very useful for someone else! Donate items that you no longer need so that they can be loved by another resident. ♪
Q. What kind of items can I give away at the Freecycle Shop?
A. You can give away all fashion, interior and set items that you own. You do not need to own duplicates of the items in order to be able to give them away.
You cannot re-earn the item that you have donated, but if another resident has donated the same item as you, there is a possibility that you may receive the item.
* In order to give away an item, 14 days must have passed since its release date.
* Items that you cannot give away: any item that you are currently wearing, default items you received when you opened the account, plushies, items unavailable for exchange, and certain items
Q. Can I give away items anonymously?
A. Yes, you can! Tap the [Setting] icon (round and yellow gear-shaped icon) at the bottom left corner of the Freecycle Shop screen → Turn on [Use Freecycle Shop anonymously]
In [Setting], you can also set your preferences for Freecycle-related notifications.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of times that I can use the Freecycle Shop?
A. There is no limit to how many items you can offer in Freecycle Shop, but you can only receive free items up to your remaining chances
You can receive one free item per day for logging in, up to a maximum of 30 times.
By completing Freecycle Shop quests such as changing outfits or posting reviews, you can earn up to two additional chances per day, up to another 30 times. A total of 60 chances can be earned through logging in and completing quests.
In addition, if you obtain any extra chances from Recycle Shop as a reward, you can continue to receive items from Freecycle shop.
※Your available chances will not disappear if unused and will continue to accumulate.
※Once you have cleared 30 Freecycle Shop quests, new quests will no longer appear.
You can see the number of chances you have accumulated on the screen below.
※The counter for chances is displayed as “Used / Total Available”.
※Logging in and quests can give you up to 60 chances. If you obtain additional chances from Recycle Shop, the “Total Available” count will exceed 60 (e.g., 61, 62…).
※Even if you haven’t yet earned all 60 chances through logging in and quests, the “Total Available” count will still display as 60.
Q. What is Sweetness?
A. Your Sweetness percentage is determined based on the number of times you give away an item and the number of reviews you receive from other residents. The highest percentage that your Sweetness can reach is 100%. ♪
* If you do not use the Freecycle Shop for 14 days, your Sweetness percentage will drop.

◆ How to use the 【Freecycle Shop】
1. Register the items that you wish to give away
・In My Room, tap [Town] at the top left → Tap the house with the light blue roof at the top right of the Town → Tap [Tuxedosam’s Shop] → [Freecycle Shop] → [Give away item(s)]
· Select the items that you wish to give away and tap [OK].
* You can also look up the items through Detailed Search.
* Anyone can use the Freecycle Shop fo the cost of 0 Strawberry Coins!
* You cannot select items that you are currently wearing.
・Double-check the items you selected, and the total number of the items. Tap [OK].
* Once you register items at Freecycle Shop, you cannot unregister them.
* Items you selected for recycling will disappear from your [Inventory].
* There is no limit to the number of items that you can register.
If the item that you selected comes from a Happy Bag, Petite Collection, or Sweet Collection that you have previously completed, the GET mark on the item thumbnail and the collection will disappear.
(If the item that you selected is a set item, the GET mark does not disappear.)
If someone receives an item that I gave away, you may also be able to receive reviews. ♪

In addition, the more you donate and the more you gain reviews, the higher your sweetness percentage becomes!
* The maximum percentage that your Sweetness can reach is 100%.

2. Receive donated items at Freecycle Shop
・At Freecycle Shop, anyone can acquire items for free! ♪
・The item that you receive is selected at random.
* You can receive a donated item only once per day, and any unused chances will remain intact in your account.
You can also earn additional chances to receive donated items if you clear Freecycle Shop Quests.
3. Leave a review to the donator to express gratitude
・Tap [Write review]
* If you tap [Later], you can write reviews in the future through this route:
Enter Freecycle Shop screen → [Review & History]
・Leave a review to show gratitude to the donator and share your positive experience!
・You can select a background color that you want from 8 different colors! ♪
・If you wish to leave a review anonymously, please turn on the [anon] option.
・Tap [OK].
