A,Whenever you score a duplicate item from a Happy Bag, Sweet Collection, or Petite Collection to which the Double the Chance promotion is applied, you can earn points.
When you collect points, you can score a superb item at random!
Even if you participate in Double the Chance, the items that you possess will not disappear.
* The promotion is applicable only to the Happy Bags, Sweet Collections, or Petite Collections from the Shop which have the Double the Chance icon attached to them.
*While the Double the Chance promotion is taking place, you cannot send the items from said Happy Bag or collection to other residents as gifts.
Q,Tell me about the "points."
A,Regardless of the rarity of the item, you can earn 3 points whenever you pull a duplicate item. Whether the items are categorized as Normal, Rare, or Super Rare, each duplicate item is worth 3 points.
Once you collect a total of 20 points, you can receive a Double the Chance item.
Using Double the Chance once will deduct 20 points from your total points. However, the points you have left will not disappear. They will remain in your account and you can keep collecting points in addition to them.
The points you collected can be used only within the Happy Bag, Sweet Collection, or Petite Collection that you earned them from.
To check your points balance:
Go to the Happy Bag you earned the points from → Tap the Double the Chance icon → Tap "Point History Details"

A,Whenever you use Double the Chance, you can receive one special item at random.
These items that you can earn through Double the Chance were specially designed so that they match the theme of the Happy Bag, Sweet Collection, or Petite Collection! ♪
To see the list of items you can receive:
Go to the Happy Bag to which Double the Chance is applied → Tap the Double the Chance icon → Tap "Receivable Items"
* While the Double the Chance promotion is taking place, you cannot send the reward items as gifts to other residents.
Q,How to use "Double the Chance"
A,When you collect all the points needed, the screen to help you receive the Double the Chance reward item will appear.
*The rewards you earned through Double the Chance will be sent to your [Inventory] immediately.
