Q, What does the "Gift" button do?
A, It is a function that allows you to give items to other residents.
Q, Who can I send gifts to?A, Gifts can only be sent between Besties who follow each other.
You can check who your Besties are by doing the following:
・Tap your neighbor’s avatar to see their profile appear above their head.
"Bestie" should appear under their avatar in their profile.
・"Social" →"Friend" →If you search a Nickname or My Code in the search box
and see a "♡Bestie" icon, you are Besties.
Q, Can I give away all of my items as gifts?A,You can only give away items you have at least two of.
Q, When can I start sending ‘Happy Bag’ items as gifts?A, Happy Bags, Sweet Collection, and other event items can be sent the day of their release.
* Some items are exempt
* Fashion and interior items only
◆ Please teach me how to use the gift function.1. Send gifts to your Bestie!
Go to Screen "Menu"→ "Social"→ "Gifts"→ "Send a gift".

If you check the "Choose" button, you can select multiple gifts to send at once.
If you haven't checked the "Choose" button, you will be able to check the name and thumbnail image of an item by tapping on it.
If you want to send mutpliple copies of the same item, you can change the number of copies being sent in the list of selected items as depicted below.
* The number of an item displayed in the gift function = (the total number of that item in your inventory) - 1.
Ex) If you have five (5) copies of item A, you will see four (4) copies of item A available in the gift function.
* Even if you have at least two of a given item, It will not will not be available to send as a gift if the extra item is currently being used in your room’s interior or being worn by your avatar. In order to send an item, please return it to your inventory.
・You can select up to 8 items at a time.
* If you send multiple of the same item, it will be counted as a single item.
<I can check the name of the item...?>
If you tap on an item while the "Choose" button is unchecked, you can check the name and thumbnail image of that item.
If you have the "Choose" button checked, you can check the name and thumbnail image of an item by tapping on on that item in the select list as depicted below.
* When sending a gift, if the following message appears "Items cannot be sent," an error may have occurred. Uncheck items marked with a "!" icon and continue to send other items. If the problem persists, please contact customer service with the name of the item and a short summary of the error that occured. We apologize for any inconveniences you may experience.
・Choose a bestie you want to send a gift to and write them a message.
* If the following message appears, "Unable to send gifts to this neighbor. Please choose another Bestie" check to make sure that you and the player you would like to send an item to are following each other.
* You can use the following methods to double-check whether or not another player is your Bestie.

* When you tap "Send with ** Coin" if you have been removed as a "Bestie," you will be unable to send gifts.
・Lastly, finish by tapping "Send with ** Coin".

* You can also send gifts to your Bestie by tapping "Send a gift" on their profile.
２. Receiving Gifts!
When gifts arrive you will find a gift in front of your door.
You can unbox your gift by tapping on it.
* The maximum number of gifts that can be displayed in front of your door is 5.
・ {Gifts} You can check for gifts that have not been unboxed.
※ The deadline for unboxing gifts from your besties is three months.
・ {History} You can check gifts you have received so far.
・ {Party Reward} You can check for your party gift.
* Each gift has a storage period, once the storage period has expired gifts will be automatically deleted.
If you tap "Receive at once" you can receive up to 10 gifts at a time.
* If you tap "Sort by newest" the most recently received gifts will be unboxed first. If you tap ‘Sort by oldest’, gifts received first will be unboxed first.
You may also check for gifts by going to the menu screen and selecting "Social"→"Gifts".

Gifts are not meant to be used in exchange for compensation or favors between residents.

* Before sending gifts, please check that the items you have selected and the Bestie you are sending them to are correct.
*Please do not tap the screen excessively within a short period of time. It may cause unintended actions to occur within the game.
