A,Bestie Events are a chance to invite your IRL Besties to join you in Smile Town!
You can create the perfect avatar for your Bestie to use when they come to play with you in Smile Town. ♪
Be sure to check the Notice Board for detailed information about the time period for the current event.

◆How to Invite Your IRL Besties to Smile Town!
1. Choose a Nickname for your Bestie. ♡
* Please don't enter your Bestie's real-life name as their Nickname. This Nickname will be visible to everyone in Smile Town!
* Your Bestie can change their Nickname to anything they like after joining the game.
* Please refrain from using a nickname that would be hurtful to your friend or cause offense to others.
2. Create the Perfect Avatar for Your Bestie. ♡
Pick out the perfect fit to match your Bestie's personality. ♪
There is no limit to the number of regular items you can use! You can also use a limited number of Happy Bags items based on the rarity of the items.
Super Rare: up to 2
Rare: up to 2
Normal: up to 4
* You can use any amount below the limit, but if you surpass it, you will not be able to save the outfit.
* Happy Bag items are indicated with a pink shopping bag icon in the lower-left corner of the item thumbnail.
* Happy Bag hair items cannot be mixed and matched. The front and back of one hair item must be used together.
* Only items from Happy Bags that entered the Shop before the start of the Bestie Event will be available. However, please note that some Happy Bags may be excluded.
* You cannot use Sweet Collection, Heart Shop, or Buyer/Select Shop items.
* The items you use to decorate your Bestie’s avatar will stay in their inventory as a trial gift (they will be indicated with a clock icon). If your Bestie logs into Hello Sweet Days for seven (7) consecutive days, then they will be able to keep those items forever!
* If you do not use up all of the item slots as indicated above, your Bestie will receive the following gifts instead of those items:
SR Item → SP Gacha Ticket (Valid 7 Days)
R Item → 30 Strawberry Coins
Normal Item → Gacha Ticket (Valid 7 Days)
Ex.) When dressing your Bestie’s avatar, you use one (1) Super Rare item, zero (0) Rare items, and two (2) Normal items. Then, your Bestie will receive one (1) SP Gacha Ticket, 60 Strawberry Coins, and two (2) Gacha Tickets as gifts.
* If your Bestie completes their 7-day “Welcome Gift” login bonus, there will be a “Thank You Gift” interior item for both of you!
3. Let's send the invitation ♪
After selecting a Sanrio Character neighborhood for your Bestie, you will be able to send your invitation through social media.
* After your Bestie joins Hello Sweet Days, they can change their neighborhood if they’d like.
* You will not be able to view your invitation again once you have sent it.
* Your device may display a pop-up asking permission to access your camera roll when you save the invitation.
Once your Bestie verifies your invitation code and begins playing Hello Sweet Days, the invitation process is complete!
* Your IRL Besties will be automatically added to your Besties list in-game once they join.
* You may not block any of your IRL Besties during a Bestie Event.
* You will not be able to invite any more Besties if you are following the maximum number of players.

Q, How many Besties can I invite?
A,You can invite up to three (3) Besties at first.
Once all three of your Besties have verified your invitation code and joined Hello Sweet Days, you will be able to invite three (3) more Besties.
Once you have successfully invited six (6) Besties, you will be able to invite another five (5).
Q,What if my Bestie never verifies my invitation code?
A,Please go through the event page, tap on your Bestie, and then tap to send the invitation again.
If your Bestie still doesn't respond after resending the invitation, you may delete their invitation and invite someone else.
* If you delete the invitation, the avatar you created for your Bestie will also be deleted.
* After deleting the invitation, your Bestie will not be able to join Hello Sweet Days using your invitation code.
Q,Why can’t I invite any more Besties?
A,If your first three (3) Besties accept their invitations, you can invite three (3) more!
Besties who haven’t joined Hello Sweet Days yet will be displayed in black and white with the word “Inviting…” underneath.
◆ How to Verify an Invitation Code
(What to do when your friend has invited you to join Hello Sweet Days!)
1. Download the “Hello Sweet Days" app!
2. Copy the Invitation Code!
You can copy the code from the invitation your friend sent to you on social media.
3. Verify your Invitation Code!
After launching the Hello Sweet Days app, please skip to the invitation code verification screen by tapping on "Click here if you have an invite code."
* If you already have an account, you will not be able to use an invitation code.
(A new account will be considered an existing user after three (3) days. After that point, it will not be possible to use an invitation code.)
* Only invitation codes from the current Bestie Event can be used. Invitation codes from previous Bestie Events will not be usable during later events.
* If you forgot to use your invitation code when creating your account, you can enter it retroactively by tapping on “Menu” → “Setting” → “Customer support” → “Verify Invite Code.”
Q,What is the "Welcome Gift" login bonus?
A,After using your friend's invite code to join Hello Sweet Days, you can login for seven (7) consecutive days to earn great prizes—including the fashion items your friend picked out for you, additional fashion items exclusive to this event, as well as other cool prizes!
After logging in every day and receiving all of your Welcome Gifts, on the 7th day there will also be a special "Thank You Gift" for you AND the friend who invited you!
The special "Thank You Gift" will be sent to your respective gift boxes. ♪
* You must log in every day for seven (7) consecutive days to receive all of the prizes.
* The Welcome Gift login bonus will be updated daily at 4:00 a.m. JST (Japanese Standard Time).
Q,What does the clock symbol on my items mean?
A,The items marked with a clock symbol are your trial items chosen by your Bestie!
These items will disappear from your inventory after your trial period of seven (7) days ends. However, if you log into Hello Sweet Days every day during your trial period, you’ll get to keep your trial items forever!

Q,How do I set/delete titles on my profile?
A,You can change your titles in the following ways:
<Set Title>
In the lower right corner of your screen, tap on “Menu” → “Profile” → “Set the title.” Choose your desired title and then tap on “Save in Profile.”
<Delete Title>
In the lower right corner of your screen, tap on “Menu” → “Profile” → [Your Current Title] → “Change settings.”
◆ About Rewards
* All rewards will be delivered to your gift box.
* The exact rewards are different for each event, so be sure to check the Notice Board for detailed information about the daily login bonuses for the current event. (Tap on “Menu” → “Notice.”)
[Invitation Rewards]
You can receive special rewards for inviting your Besties!
The rewards you receive will be based on your invited Besties’ progress in their “Welcome Gift” login bonus.
* The invitation code must be used for the rewards to be distributed. If the invitation status is still displayed as “Inviting...” your Bestie will not be able to participate in the login bonus, and you will not receive any reward.
[Thank You Gift]
When your invited Bestie logs in for 7 consecutive days, you will both receive a limited-edition interior item and an SP Gacha Ticket (7 days) as a Thank You Gift! ♡
* There is no limit to the number of times you can receive the limited-edition interior item, but you can only receive the SP Gacha Ticket up to three (3) times.
Q,What is the Group Quest?
A,If the whole Smile community reaches a total goal of invited Besties, everyone will get a limited-edition item as a gift! You can check the total number of Besties invited so far by checking the “Total invites accepted” counter on the event page.
* If the goal is reached, the gift will be distributed after the event is over!
* Once a friend has used the Invite Code to create a new account, the invitation will be counted as complete.
* Be sure to check the Notice Board for detailed information about deadlines and goal for the current event.
